What If Android OS Were Named After Pinoy Sweets?

Google's Android mobile operating system is the world's leading tablets and smartphones software to date surpassing Apple\s iOS in terms of number of devices being activated and run on Android OS. Accept it or not, we are intrigued as to why Google is naming its most used software after popular desserts such as Ice Cream Sandwich, Gingerbread, Honeycomb and Jelly Bean and at the same time we find it entertaining. Most of you might have already heard that the newest Android is called Kitkat with the version of 4.4. Yes, it's Kikat. You know the tag line "Have a break, have a Kitkat."? That's it.

Now have you ever wondered what it would be like if these Android versions are named after our very own Filipino sweets or desserts? If not, let us thank a Pinterest user JC Pulido for sharing a poster showing Android in Filipino food versions. See it below.

The idea and rendition are very cool not to mention how the art was rendered for each of the version. I liked the Halo-halo the most. lol. There's just one thing that the art failed to address, Android names are in alphabetical order. It started from Cupcake, Donut, Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly bean down to Kitkat. But that is absolutely okay. Who cares? How about the Android JB (Jollibee)? Did you like it? hehehehhe.
